Author's Kit
For Full Papers:
If your abstract is accepted as a Full Paper, please follow the guidelines provided in the Author’s kit to submit your draft and full manuscript through ASEE Monolith. Accepted Full Papers will be presented as an oral presentation at the conference. Please check the conference website for an updated program and additional guidelines for the oral presentation. An author must register and present at the conference for the paper to be included in the conference proceedings that will be available through ASEE PEER Document Repository. The author registration deadline is March 2, 2019.
For Poster and Workshop Presentations:
If your abstract is accepted for a poster or a workshop presentation, please follow the guidelines below to submit your final abstract and prepare for your presentation. Please note that a full manuscript is not to be submitted for a poster or a workshop. An author must register and present the work at the conference. The author registration deadline is March 2, 2019.
• Submission of FINAL poster and workshop abstract:
Please carefully review comments from reviewers and make necessary revisions to your accepted abstract following the instructions below. The final abstract will be included in the conference program booklet.
1. Prepare your final abstract using the abstract template. Note that a complete list of authors (first name, last name, and affiliation) must be included in the abstract and all affiliation blinders must be removed. We accept the electronic file in .doc, .docx, or .pdf format. A Word document is preferred.
2. Upload your final abstract here before January 15, 2019.
• Poster presentation:
a) Maximum size: 4ft wide x 3ft high;
b) Use appropriate font (i.e., large size, easy to read);
c) Use high-quality graphics, charts, use color, and large title.
The poster template can be used to prepare your poster.
• Workshop presentation:
The format of the workshop presentation can vary based on the proposed content. The duration of a typical workshop is 90 minutes. Authors of accepted workshop proposal will receive further communication from the conference organization committee to finalize the presentation formation. Please check the conference website for an updated program.
